Productboard exists to stop product decisions being made from the loudest recent complaint. It collects feedback, groups it and connects it to what gets built.

Its weak point is intake. Feedback arrives in conversations, calls and passing remarks, and only becomes data if somebody stops and enters it — which means what gets recorded is biased toward whoever had a spare minute.

Connecting Productboard makes capture immediate. A remark from an owner about your portal, a recurring complaint from a guest about a booking flow, can be recorded as a note against the right feature the moment it comes up rather than reconstructed later.

The bias this fixes is worth naming. When capture requires effort, what gets recorded is whatever was heard by someone who happened to have a free minute — which is not the same thing as what your customers actually said most.

Once Productboard is connected, ProhostAI works with your notes, features and roadmap in plain language.

Productboard connects through OAuth, so ProhostAI never sees your password.

1. Open ProhostAI and go to Settings → Connections.
2. Search for Productboard and select Connect.
3. Sign in to Productboard and approve the permissions.
4. Ask what feedback exists on a feature to confirm it works.

• Access follows the connected account’s workspace permissions.
• Capture is where the value is — feedback recorded when heard is far more representative than feedback recorded when convenient.
